Indian head massage
Narenda Mehta from India has developed traditional Indian processing. Indian head massage arrived in Finland in 1999. Head massage is a relaxing form of treatment and, in addition to its purpose, is also suitable for pampering and relaxing treatment. An Indian head massage treats the neck-shoulder area, upper arms, scalp, ears and face. The client sits on a chair and the massage is done over the clothes.
A head massage can help with, among other things, stress and exhaustion, neck and shoulder pain and aches, headaches, migraines and insomnia. However, head massage is not suitable for everyone. Please let us know if you have:
- cerebrovascular accident
- fever
- acute injury
- inflammation
- psoriasis, rash
- or you are pregnant.
Hot stone massage
A pampering and relaxing massage is done with warm stones and nourishing oils for the whole body. The duration of the massage is 1 h 15 min.
Aroma massage
An aroma massage that effectively relaxes the body and mind and activates metabolism and fluid circulation is based on the healing effects of essential oils. The duration of the massage is approx. 1 h 15 min.
Basic body care
The basic body treatment includes a dry brushing for the whole body that exfoliates the skin, improves skin color and stimulates blood circulation. In the treatment, a classical body massage is performed that treats holistically and increases well-being.
Massage relaxes and reduces stress, relieves muscle tension and improves metabolism and removes waste products from the body. The treatment is completed by a multi-effect body cream that effectively exfoliates and moisturizes the skin. The duration of the treatment is about 1 hour 30 minutes
