Terms of delivery

Delivery times

The products are delivered within 3-14 days of the order. We try to keep all products in stock, but we reserve the right to a longer delivery time due to, for example, the availability of the product's importer.

Exchange and return conditions

Due to the risk of contamination, cosmetic products do not have the right to exchange or return, unless there is a clear error in the product. The right to exchange and return only applies to products whose sales packaging is intact and the plastic cover is intact.

Simply not picking up or returning the goods is no longer enough to cancel the transaction. The cancellation notification must be made within 14 days of receiving the shipment and the goods must be returned within 14 days of the cancellation notification.

In possible return cases, the costs incurred for sending and returning the product will always be paid by the customer.

Error in product information

We reserve the right to deliver the product if the price of the product or other information contains incorrectly entered information.
