What is REVITALASH® ADVANCED ?
REVITALASH® ADVANCED is an eyelash conditioner developed by an ophthalmologist, where cosmetic active ingredients make eyelashes stronger and more beautiful. The cosmetic active ingredients of the product are intended exclusively for the beautification of real eyelashes.
How to use REVITALASH® ADVANCED ?
REVITALASH® ADVANCED is applied once a day, preferably in the evening, with one stroke of the brush to the base of the eyelashes.
Is REVITALASH® ADVANCED a safe product?
The safety of REVITALASH® ADVANCED has been studied and verified in several tests conducted in independent private research institutes in both the USA and Europe. An ophthalmologist independent of the product has examined the safety documents of REVITALASH® ADVANCED and found REVITALASH® ADVANCED to be a safe product.
REVITALASH® ADVANCED has been found in tests to be harmless to the skin and eyes. Animal tests have not been used in the safety or product development studies of REVITALASH® ADVANCED . RevitaLash should always be used according to the instructions for use. The dosage should not be exceeded.
What do I do if REVITALASH® ADVANCED gets into my eyes?
REVITALASH® ADVANCED treatment liner is designed for use in the immediate vicinity of the eye. This has been taken into account in product development and therefore all the ingredients used in the product have an excellent safety profile. When used according to the instructions, REVITALASH® ADVANCED does not get into the eye, and the product has therefore not been found to have a physiological effect on the eye either. If REVITALASH® ADVANCED were to get into the eye for some reason, it would immediately come out of the eye along with the tear fluid. However, if you feel your eyes are getting irritated or are otherwise worried about the product getting into your eyes, rinsing the eye with water is enough for treatment. Do not overdose the product. When used correctly, REVITALASH® ADVANCED should not get into the eye at all.
Does REVITALASH® ADVANCED contain medicinal substances?
Not inside. All ingredients contained in REVITALASH® ADVANCED are cosmetic ingredients according to EU legislation.
How long have RevitaLash products been on the market?
The original RevitaLash eyelash care product was launched on the market in its country of manufacture in the United States in 2006 and arrived in Finland in 2009. The completely renewed and fully developed REVITALASH® ADVANCED has been on the market with its current chemical composition since July 2011, and genuine REVITALASH® ADVANCED is only sold with this chemical composition, only in the beauty care industry by professionals.
Have animal tests been used in the product development, manufacturing or safety studies of REVITALASH® ADVANCED ?
Is not. No animal experiments have been used in any of the production and research phases of REVITALASH® ADVANCED . REVITALASH® ADVANCED also does not contain any raw materials of animal origin.
How long does one REVITALASH® ADVANCED product last in use?
Used according to the instructions and dosed correctly, one REVITALASH® ADVANCED treatment liner lasts about 6 months in daily use.
Can REVITALASH® ADVANCED be used in the morning?
The use of REVITALASH® ADVANCED is recommended in the evening, after carefully removing eye makeup, just before going to bed. However, if you use REVITALASH® ADVANCED in the morning, continue to follow the product's instructions for use and let the substance absorb into the skin for at least 5 minutes before applying facial care products. Do not overdose the product. Only a small amount of REVITALASH® ADVANCED is enough.
How long should REVITALASH® ADVANCED be used?
The results of REVITALASH® ADVANCED can be seen individually 3-10 weeks after starting regular use. To maintain the beauty of your eyelashes, REVITALASH® ADVANCED should be used as a maintenance treatment at least 2-3 times a week. There is no harm in using REVITALASH® ADVANCED daily.
What if I stop using REVITALASH® ADVANCED completely?
After you stop using REVITALASH® ADVANCED , your eyelashes will gradually return to the state they were in before you started using the product.
Can REVITALASH® ADVANCED be used:
- lower lashes?
Can use. REVITALASH® ADVANCED is safe to use on both upper and lower lashes. Always use REVITALASH® ADVANCED according to the instructions, do not overdose the product.
- to the eyebrows?
Can use. However, there is also its own growing product for eyebrows, equipped with a better applicator, RevitaBrow.
- men?
Can use. RevitaLash is suitable for both men and women.
- children?
RevitaLash has not been tested on people under the age of 18. Since there are no research results from users under the age of 18, as a precaution we recommend that RevitaLash is not used by people under the age of 18.
- during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
RevitaLash has not been tested on pregnant or lactating subjects. Since such research results are not available, as a precautionary measure we recommend that RevitaLash is not used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- with contact lenses?
Can use. When used according to the instructions, RevitaLash does not get into the eye, so it is safe to use the product with contact lenses.
- with eyelash extensions or false eyelashes?
Can use. When used according to the instructions, RevitaLash is safe and harmless to use with eyelash extensions. RevitaLash does not contain oils, so it cannot damage the eyelash extensions.
- with permanent pigmentation?
Can use. When used according to the instructions, RevitaLash is safe and harmless to use with permanent pigmentation/tattoos. If your pigmentations are recent, let them heal completely before using RevitaLash.
- before applying mascara?
Can use. When used according to the instructions, RevitaLash does not interfere with the use of mascara, nor vice versa. However, let the substance absorb into the skin for at least 5 minutes before applying the mascara.
Possible allergic reactions?
Like any cosmetic product, RevitaLash or any of its ingredients may cause individual sensitivity. If you know that you are allergic to any of the ingredients in the product, do not use RevitaLash. If you suspect that you are allergic to the product, stop using RevitaLash.
Darkening of the skin on the lash line?
REVITALASH® ADVANCED has not been found to cause any darkening of the skin in the lash line.
The use of REVITALASH® ADVANCED in the treatment of diseases (e.g. alopecia, shedding of eyelashes)?
REVITALASH® ADVANCED is a cosmetic product. It is not a treatment for any disease. If you suffer from alopecia, eyelash loss due to another disease, or an eye or peri-ocular skin disease or abnormal condition, always consult your doctor and/or ophthalmologist before starting to use REVITALASH® ADVANCED .
Use of REVITALASH® ADVANCED during diseases (cataract, operated cataract, dry eye, laser treatment, glaucoma)?
The safety of REVITALASH® ADVANCED has been studied and verified in several tests conducted in independent private research institutions both in the USA and
in Europe. An ophthalmologist independent of the product has examined the REVITALASH® ADVANCED safety documents and found REVITALASH® ADVANCED to be a safe product. REVITALASH® ADVANCED has been found in tests to be harmless to the skin and eyes.
RevitaLash should always be used according to the instructions for use. Do not exceed the dosage. The RevitaLash treatment liner is designed for use in the immediate vicinity of the eye. This has been taken into account in product development and therefore all the ingredients used in the product have an excellent safety profile. When used according to the instructions, RevitaLash does not get into the eye, and the product has therefore not been found to have a physiological effect on the eye either.
If you have cataracts or have had cataract surgery, suffer from dry eyes or have recently had your eyes lasered or suffer from intraocular pressure disease i.e. glaucoma i.e. green cataracts, always consult your ophthalmologist as a precaution and start using REVITALASH® ADVANCED only after receiving permission from your ophthalmologist.
Use of REVITALASH® ADVANCED during radiotherapy?
Impartial and independent research institutes in the USA and Europe have examined REVITALASH® ADVANCED with frequent safety tests and found the product safe to use. However, REVITALASH® ADVANCED has not been tested on subjects undergoing radiotherapy. Since there are no research results from users undergoing radiation treatments, as a precaution we recommend that REVITALASH® ADVANCED is not used during radiation treatments. If you have consulted your doctor about the matter and received a positive assessment from your doctor, the use of REVITALASH® ADVANCED during radiation treatments is permitted with the doctor's permission.
